Plant description
‘Yucatan Princess’ is a bold and exotic ‘elephant’s ear’, typically grown for its glossy, patent leather-like leaves, held high on strong, reddish-brown stems. The foliage unfurls to puckered grey-green leaves with maroon undersides, and makes a dramatic houseplant for a bright, well-lit location out of direct sunlight or, if temperatures and moisture levels permit, as a seasonal, summer addition in the garden.
Please note that the pot in the photograph is not supplied with the plant (which is sent out in a simple nursery alternative), but we have a wide and wonderful range on our website to choose from.
