Plant description
A compact, deciduous, short climber with mid-green leaves and light blue-purple star-shaped flowers bearing creamy-white stamens. Borne from early summer to early autumn, this dwarf clematis makes a glorious, free-flowering pastel focal point for a small trellis, obelisk or weaving in and out of a small climbing rose such as ‘Goldfinch’ or ‘Little Rambler’. Like all clematis, ‘Cezanne’ prefers a position in sun with the soil area and roots in the shade.
