Plant description
Pointed tepals radiate out from the spidery boss of burgundy anthers, forming glowing star-like flowers. Occasionally the tepals will also have a pinkish mauve blush running along their length, which adds to their appeal, and helps tie them in with pink or purple shades. Often flowering well into autumn, it’s ideal for extending the season of interest, adding colour long after many other plants have shed their last petal.
