Cosmos Gift Set

A gift set featuring brightly coloured Cosmos with daisy-like, insect-friendly flowers in shades of red, pink and white which will bloom just a few months sowing. Great for children and budding gardeners alike. Contains everything needed to grow these beautiful half-hardy annuals. Grows to 60cm.

Growing instructions: Make the compost by placing the peat-free compost pellet in a suitable mixing container and add 350ml of lukewarm water. Allow to stand and expand for 30-60 minutes, drain off any excess water and mix compost well. You may have compost than you require and more water could be required if the compost mix is looking dry.

When ready to plant, fill 80% of the planter with compost, scatter seeds evenly on the surface, cover with a very thin layer of compost and gently moisten. Water sparingly so the compost is moist. Place in a sunny sheltered position. Keep the compost moist at all times but do not overwater. Remove dead flowers regularly. After purchase store in a cool and dry place.
