Plant description
‘Exburiensis’ is an excellent choice for a wildlife-friendly garden. This dense, evergreen shrub boasts arching branches that can withstand coastal and moderate exposure conditions once established. In May-June, it bursts into clusters of white blossoms, followed by a profusion of long-lasting yellow/apricot berries with a charming pink blush as winter sets in, and its lance-shaped leaves offer a unique blue-green tint.
Please note: This cotoneaster is listed on Schedule 9 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act (1981). It can be planted and contained in private gardens, although it is banned from being planted in the wild in England and Wales.
