Plant description
In this collection of colourful houseplants you will receive one each of the following:
Anthurium ‘Million Flowers’: As the name suggests, this low-maintenance house plant is very free-flowering, and as each showy bloom will last for ages, it can put on an incredible display over a really long period. Even when not in bloom though, the lustrous, rich green foliage will add colour and interest throughout the year. Grows to 50cm.
Anthurium ‘Champion Lilli’: An unusual alternative to the peace lily, ‘Champion Lilli’ produces elegant and long-lasting, pink-flushed flowers, which rise above its slender, glossy green foliage. Choose a white plant pot cover and position in front of a white wall for a great statement – or for a stunning display, combine it with Aglaonema ‘Crete’. Grows to 40cm.
Anthurium ‘Vanilla Champion’: Waxy, creamy yellow and green flowerheads, each with a distinctive yellow ‘tail’, top the slender upright stems that rise above the large and lustrous leaves. Each ‘flower’ can often last for several months and as new ones appear periodically throughout the year, they offer great value for money – particularly when viewed as an alternative to a bunch of freshly cut flowers. Grows to 50cm.
Please note that the pots in the photograph are not supplied with the plants (which are sent out in simple nursery alternatives), but we have a wide and wonderful range on our website to choose from.
Home care: Water freely when in growth, but keep drier in winter. Mist the leaves regularly with water to increase humidity and every so often put it under a cold shower to wash off the leaves. Make sure the winter temperatures stay above 15°C, and repot every couple of years.
